Cancellation Policy
For Premium Sedans and SUVs, cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time within the 5 boroughs of New York (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx, and Manhattan) will not incur any charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 24–48 hours.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup will be fully charged (non-refundable).
For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to pickup within the five boroughs of New York will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup will be fully charged (non-refundable).
Waiting Time Policy (Regular Pickups)
A 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided for all regular (non-airport) transfers.
After the complimentary 15 minutes, each additional minute will be charged at the rate of $1.5/ minute.
For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, waiting time after the complimentary period will be charged in quarter-hour increments (15 minutes).
Airport Waiting Time Policy
A 60-minute complimentary wait time is provided for domestic flights after the flight arrives.
A 60-minute complimentary wait time is provided for international flights.
After the complimentary period, waiting time will be charged per minute at the rate of $1.5 per minute.
For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, waiting time after the complimentary period will be charged in quarter-hour increments based on the hourly rate.
No-Show Policy (No Contact with Guest)
Recommendation: When booking a Transfer Service or Hourly Service, please include a note if you’re uncertain about the guest’s readiness time for pickup and try to provide guest contact number for better communication.
For regular pickups: If there is no communication from the client or booker within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the chauffeur will be released and the full fare will be charged (non-refundable).
For airport pickups: If there is no contact from the passenger after the complimentary waiting period (60 minutes), the chauffeur may be released.
If the client contacts us and requests the chauffeur to continue waiting, additional waiting time charges will apply as per the rates mentioned above.
Additional Stop Policy
Recommendation: For multiple stops, we suggest booking an Hourly Service to ensure scheduling flexibility, as chauffeurs may have subsequent assignments.
For Transfer Bookings (Point-to-Point), additional stop will incur extra charges of $40 per stop within 5 miles radius of drop-off location if the drop-offlocationis outside Manhattan and stop is also outside Manhattan in same borough.if have any questions must contact Limotribe for exact details.
Each stop within Manhattan, NYC will be charged at a flat additional rate of $35 witin 5 miles, while stops outside Manhattan will be calculated based on time, distance and toll will be applicable.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you require any additional stops to avoid inconvenience.

Meet & Greet Service
We offer a Meet & Greet service at airports for an additional $25 Business Sedan and $50 for First Class.The chauffeur will meet guests inside the terminal with a name sign for easy recognition.
