Cancellation Policy
- For Premium Sedans and SUVs, cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time within the five boroughs of New York (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx, and Manhattan) will not incur any charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup will be fully charged (non-refundable).
- For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to pickup within the five boroughs of New York will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup will be fully charged (non-refundable).
Waiting Time Policy (Regular Pickups)
- A 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided for all regular (non-airport) transfers.
- After the complimentary 15 minutes, each additional minute will be charged according to the hourly rate for the booked service.
- For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, waiting time after the complimentary period will be charged in quarter-hour increments (15 minutes).
Airport Waiting Time Policy
- A 30-minute complimentary wait time is provided for domestic flights after the flight arrives.
- A 45-minute complimentary wait time is provided for international flights. ● After the complimentary period, waiting time will be charged per minute according to the hourly rate.
- For Mercedes and Sprinter vehicles, waiting time after the complimentary period will be charged in quarter-hour increments based on the hourly rate.
No-Show Policy (No Contact with Guest)
Recommendation: We recommend booking an Hourly Service instead of a Transfer if you are unsure about the guest’s pickup time.
This is especially helpful when passengers may be delayed due to meetings or other commitments that could extend their pickup time by 30 minutes to an hour.
In Transfer bookings, the chauffeur can wait a maximum of 30 minutes (15 minutes complimentary and 15 minutes billable). If the guest is delayed beyond that and the chauffeur has another scheduled assignment, it may not be possible to extend the waiting time, which could cause inconvenience for both the guest and the chauffeur.
- For regular pickups: If there is no communication from the client or booker within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the chauffeur will be released and the full fare will be charged (non-refundable).
- For airport pickups: If there is no contact from the passenger after the complimentary waiting period (45 minutes), the chauffeur may be released. If the client contacts us and requests the chauffeur to continue waiting, additional waiting time charges will apply as per the rates mentioned above.
Additional Stop Policy
Recommendation: For multiple stops, we suggest booking an Hourly Service to ensure scheduling flexibility, as chauffeurs may have subsequent assignments.
- For Transfer Bookings (Point-to-Point), additional stops will incur extra charges. Each stop within Manhattan, NYC will be charged at a flat additional rate, while stops outside Manhattan will be calculated based on time and distance.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you require any additional stops to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Each additional stop includes an estimated 5-minute wait; if it exceeds this duration, additional waiting time charges will apply.
Meet & Greet Service
- We offer a Meet & Greet service at airports for an additional $25.
The chauffeur will meet guests inside the terminal with a name sign for easy recognition.
